Subprocessors
Subprocessors
Effective Date: September 29, 2026
Reggiee is run by E Labs Ventures Ltd. This page lists the companies that process personal data on our behalf ("subprocessors") when you use Reggiee. It forms part of our Data Processing Addendum.
We use these providers only for the purposes listed. Some are optional and only receive data if you switch the related feature on.
Core services (used for everyone)
Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage). Stores account data, event pages, registrations, contacts and uploaded files. Our project is hosted in London (AWS eu-west-2).
Vercel (application hosting). Runs the Reggiee application. Our functions run in London (lhr1). Vercel also sees request metadata such as IP addresses.
Resend and SendGrid (email delivery). Deliver account and system emails such as sign-in links and reports, and the campaign and flow emails you send. They report delivery events back to us.
Stripe (payments). Handles subscription and credit payments. We do not see or store full card numbers.
Sending and messaging (used when you send messages)
Twilio and Telnyx (SMS). Deliver SMS messages. Twilio is used for US 10DLC-registered sending.
Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta Ads and Conversions API). Used only if you connect WhatsApp or Meta advertising.
Whapi.Cloud (WhatsApp Communities). Optional. Used only if you connect a WhatsApp number for community and group messaging. This is an unofficial connection method and is covered by a separate risk notice that you must accept before use.
Bird (bird.com). Optional. Used only if you connect a Bird workspace.
Connected marketing tools (used only if you connect them)
Mailchimp, Klaviyo and Brevo. If you connect one of these, Reggiee sends it the registrations you have permission to send, and passes on unsubscribes and erasure requests.
AI features (you can switch these off in Settings > Business)
Anthropic (text generation) and fal.ai (image generation). They receive only the text and prompts you type into AI tools. We do not send registrant or contact details to them.
Website tools (on our own website and, if the organiser chooses, on event pages)
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel and Snapchat Pixel. These load only after a visitor accepts the matching cookie category.
Crisp (website chat) and MapTiler (maps). These load only after a visitor accepts the matching category or opens the feature.
Cloudflare Turnstile. Optional bot protection on registration forms.
Changes
We will give organisers at least 30 days' notice of a new subprocessor by email or in the app before it starts processing organiser data. If you object on reasonable data protection grounds you can contact us and, if we cannot resolve it, end your subscription.
