Cookies Policy
Cookies Policy
Effective Date: September 29, 2026
This Cookies Policy explains how E Labs Ventures Ltd ("Reggiee," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage and tracking pixels) on the Reggiee website and applications (the "Platform"), and on event pages that organisers publish using Reggiee.
Who is responsible
There are two situations, and the person responsible for cookies is different in each:
Reggiee's own website and app (for example reggi.ee, the pricing pages and the dashboard). Reggiee decides which cookies are used and is responsible for them.
Event pages published by organisers using Reggiee. The organiser decides whether to add advertising or analytics tools such as the Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Snapchat Pixel, Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager, and is responsible for that choice. Reggiee provides the consent banner and only loads the organiser's tools after you agree. Reggiee may also load its own Meta Pixel on event pages to measure the performance of its advertising; this is also only loaded after you agree to advertising cookies.
Your choices are stored separately for Reggiee's own website and for event pages. A choice you make on one does not apply to the other.
We do not treat browsing or using the Platform as consent to optional cookies. Optional cookies are only used if you choose to accept them.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small files placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies, such as local storage and pixels, work in the same way for the purposes of this policy.
Categories we use
Strictly necessary. These make the Platform work, for example keeping you signed in, protecting forms against misuse, remembering your cookie choice, and remembering which workspace you have open. They do not need your consent.
Analytics. These help us or an organiser understand how a site is used. They are only used if you accept analytics cookies. Reggiee's own website uses Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC) for this purpose, with IP anonymisation switched on.
Advertising. These measure the results of advertising and help show relevant ads. They are only used if you accept advertising cookies. Depending on the site, this can include the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited), TikTok Pixel, Snapchat Pixel and Google Tag Manager.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of advertising cookies and of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Advertising cookies stay off and the consent banner will not switch them on. We do not act on the older Do Not Track setting because it has no agreed standard.
Cookies and storage we set
Necessary (first party)
Supabase authentication session cookies. Keep you signed in. Set while you use the dashboard, up to the session lifetime.
active_workspace. Remembers which brand you have open in the dashboard. Set while you use the dashboard.
Cookie choice (localStorage keys reggiee_consent, reggiee_consent_analytics, reggiee_event_consent, reggiee_event_consent_analytics). Remember your choices.
Session storage for campaign attribution parameters (UTM) on event pages, held only for the browser session.
Advertising (only after you accept)
reggiee_tracking. Tells Reggiee's servers that you accepted advertising cookies on Reggiee's own website. Up to 12 months.
_fbp and _fbc (Meta). Advertising measurement. _fbc is kept for up to 90 days.
Cookies set by the TikTok Pixel, Snapchat Pixel and Google Tag Manager where an organiser has enabled them on an event page.
Analytics (only after you accept)
Cookies set by Google Analytics (for example _ga and _ga_*). Up to 24 months by Google's default, which you can clear at any time.
Third-party content you ask for
Map tiles. On event pages, the venue map is only loaded when you choose "Show map". MapTiler then receives your IP address to deliver the map.
Live chat on Reggiee's website. The chat service (Crisp) only loads when you choose "Chat with us", or if you have accepted optional cookies.
Page views without cookies
Event pages count page views in a basic way that does not use cookies and does not store your IP address. It records only the page, the referring source you arrived from and your country, worked out by our hosting provider. It is used to give organisers simple visitor totals.
Other technical data
Some fonts, videos or embeds an organiser adds to their event page may come from another provider, such as Google Fonts or YouTube. Those providers receive your IP address when the content loads. Organisers are responsible for the third-party content they add.
Emails can contain a tiny image or tracked links that show whether a message was opened or a link was clicked. We send marketing emails only where the law allows, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
Managing your choices
You can change your choice at any time. On Reggiee's website use the "Your privacy choices" link in the footer. On an event page use "Cookie settings" in the footer of the page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the Platform may not work if you block necessary cookies.
Records of your choices
When you make a choice we keep a record of what was chosen, whether GPC was on, the version of this policy, and the time. The record does not contain your IP address, device details or any identifier that would tell us who you are.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. We will update the effective date above, and where a change affects the optional cookies we use we will ask for your choice again.
